Successful Participation of IT Operations at the Microsoft BizTalk Server 2006 R2 Launch Session
|

To introduce the new BizTalk Server Version R2, in November Microsoft organized a Launch Session. This took place for the first time as an online event and was very popular, with 670 registrations. |
|
|
|
Using practical reports and customer examples, the new possibilities offered by the BizTalk Server 2006 R2 were shown, e.g. in the areas of Business Process Management (BPM), Service-Oriented Architectures (SOA) or Enterprise Application Integration (EAI).
Due to the practical experience and technical know-how of Siemens ITO on this issue, two members of ITO were invited to give talks at this event. Jürgen Kettlitz, Product Manager Business Process Management and Roman Fleischer, Senior Consultant Service-Oriented Architectures, gave the following lectures, which were evaluated by the participants as having been very interesting:
