Siemens IT Operations passes ITIL certification with high maturity level
   The ITO recertification process was conducted again by the TÜV-Süd at the Erlangen, Munich, and Mannheim locations from June 17 through 23.
The TÜV audit was successfully passed this year as well, extending ITO’s ISO 20000 certificate for another three years.
The maturity level of the ITIL processes, which was determined at the same time based on ISO 15504 (SPICE*), is 3.87. Individual IT service management processes, such as Financial and Service Level Management, have even already achieved levels of 4.5 on the scale, on which 6 is the highest rating.

According to Gert Meyering of the TÜV-Süd: “The outstanding results achieved based on the existing methodological strengths and their implementation impress me all over again every year.”
