The challenge
The demand is to achieve fully automatic, highly efficient meltdown of a variety of carbon steel types with highest possible repeating accuracy. The foundation for this requirement is an absolute precise operating point, which is realized with continuous monitoring and optimization of melting energies, melting times and start materials.
Our solution
SIMETAL SIMELT ensures optimal operation of the electric arcs and their dynamic follow-up plus gentle operation of the electrodes and the furnace as well as optimizing the melting process with artificial intelligence. The optional solution component MDC takes charge for a fully-automated melt-down.
