The Siemens VAI electric steelmaking technology is the ultimate solution for strong, simple and reliable design. As the product of continuous development improvements, our furnaces features maximized power-on-time, high-speed movements and easy access to all components for maintenance. The furnace is ideal for ultra-high-power input and overall furnace performance can be additionally enhanced with the latest oxygen- and carbon-injection technologies.
Our stainless steelmaking technology also features all converter processes for stainless steel refining and secondary metallurgical facilities, including ladle furnaces, conditioning stands and vacuum treatment stations.
Life-cycle services

At the turnkey service model you benefit from excellence in design solutions and project management services from Siemens VAI for the so called „Balance of Plant“ portion, whereas purchase of these turnkey items is under your control.
For the full turnkey model Siemens VAI acts as your main contractor and will take care on the process as well as on the Balance of Plant portion too.
