SIMINE DICONT is our solution package for discontinuous mining, optimizing the individual process steps as well as the entire process chain. The overall solution combines proven mechanics, electrical engineering and technological solutions: SIMINE DRAG for draglines, SIMINE SH for shovels, SIMINE TR for trucks, and SIMINE CON for conveyor belts – each of them equipped with innovative features. Individualized matching of these solutions produces synergies for greater performance, security and availability of all equipment.
With SIRASTM, Siemens Remote Access System, Siemens offers mine operators two software packages that utilize modern wireless technology for remote access, control, monitoring, and highlevel production and maintenance functions. SIRAS supports access and control from anywhere in the world to minimize life cycle ownership costs.
