Continuous Annealing Lines – carefully controlled microstructure ensures satisfied customers
Continuous Annealing Lines are essential for producing today’s micro structurally engineered steels. Featuring a flexible multi-zone furnace design, they can produce a broad range of steel grades and dimensions at very high process speeds. Siemens Continuous Annealing Lines are characterized by tight control of the annealing process, high throughput rates, high yields, significant energy savings, and by the production of high quality products. Through careful and fully automated temperature control in combination with rapid cooling, a broad range of steel grades can be produced, particularly for automotive and stainless steel applications. Based on the flexible multi-zone furnace design, optimum annealing results are achieved, even for changing steel grades and dimensions.
Siemens VAI has developed its own in-house technology for the critical components to ensure the very highest product quality. This includes:

Carbon Steel Grades
