Our Energy Management Portal offers a practical solution. All energy consumptions of a steel plant or rolling mill are collected across all factory locations, visualized and evaluated. Significant drivers are assessed online and in real time in the form of Key Performance Indicators. However, costs alone do not yet provide the basis for the smoothing and balancing of peak loads. The integration with the MES and ERP levels ensures that production planning is also fully included in the considerations. Easy access to the information is ensured by the online screen display, via a Web client or in comprehensive reports.
Based on the collected data, we offer comprehensive energy management services that are customized for the individual areas of the factory in order to fully optimize the energy flows.
