Where exactly is the material unit in the production process? What is the status of the customer and production order? In view of increased requirements for throughput times and on-time delivery, these issues have become the focus of production management.

Our solution provides the relevant information on the status of production, the status and location of every material unit and of all relevant resources for the entire plant environment.

The system included "Production Modeling" which is based on predefined Objects and Classes for Iron & Steel can accurately record each production step, material and order tracking and will continuously be updated. In addition, our MES solution provides the factory information which is needed to configure the new production sequences. The rules of the Production Modeling are the base of the Production Planning which optimize the entire production. The Production Management is the control level of the total process and provides the overview about customer- and internal order.
